The bonito tataki made by the traditional straw-fired method is also excellent! We recommend the salted tataki! Myojinmaru Kochi's main restaurant also uses Kutani Yaki porcelain for their dishes.

Chotaro-gai" is a specialty of Kochi. Fresh Chotaro-gai is grilled over charcoal or golden-baked. Chotaro clams are very popular in Kochi and are always ordered at drinking parties. Please try it for yourself.
