Located in Honmachi, Kochi City, we are an izakaya (Japanese style bar) serving local Tosa cuisine such as bonito tataki!
In particular, the "Straw-roasted bonito tataki" is made with fresh bonito directly from local fishermen,
Our signature dish is grilled in the restaurant with great pride.
Grilling over straw gives the surface of the bonito a savory finish, while the interior retains a juicy flavor.
Salt tataki is made with special sun-dried salt, and goes well with tare tataki, which is mixed with ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice)!
These flavorful dishes from the Kochi climate are widely enjoyed by the locals.
